Keynote/Breakout Session Evaluation: Please complete a session evaluation (links above) for each keynote and breakout session you attended. You will be able to access the link more than once.
Overall Conference Evaluation: Please complete an overall evaluation at the end of the conference.
Continuing Education Hours (CEH) & Certificate
National Association of Social Workers (NASW) - WI Chapter
The WI Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board has authorized NASW-WI to approve up to 11.25 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) for this conference. Individuals with other credentials are responsible for determining if the conference meets their CEH requirements and are responsible for submitting their CEH certificates to the appropriate licensing/credentialing boards.
Before printing your CEH certificate:
- Complete the overall evaluation
- Complete an individual session evaluation for each session you attended (links above)
- Enter your name and number of hours earned and print your certificate using the fillable PDF. Save your certificate. If you attended the full conference you would received 11.25 hours. Each session is 1.25 hours.

Session Recordings
Most keynote and breakout sessions will be recorded and posted to the website 1-2 weeks after the conference (unless requested otherwise by the presenters) and will remain for approximately three months If you are registered for the conference, you will receive an email notifying you when the recordings have been posted.
