PSW25 Building Together: Adding to Your Toolkit -  A Resource Sharing Document

If you are someone who likes to save resources and ideas from conferences, we created a resource sharing document for you! Feel free to drop links, add notes, even ask questions, and don't worry about correct formatting. MHA staff will organize everything later, and we'll add any new vetted resources to the PSW website.

Emotional Support Resources

Talking about suicide, especially for those with a personal connection or lived experience, can be difficult. If content in any session becomes too heavy or activating, please take care of yourself in ways that work for you. Make a plan to step away from the session, identify a support person ahead of time to contact, call a warmline, or visit a website for more resources. Here are some ideas below:

Non-Crisis Warmlines in Wisconsin

National Population Specific Resources

National Crisis Lines

*NOTE: Many crisis resources could utilize restrictive interventions, like active rescues (wellness or welfare checks) involving law enforcement or emergency services). You can ask if this is a possibility at any point in your conversation if this is a concern.
