Facilitator: Deborah Rueber has been employed as a Health Services Coordinator with the Kenosha County since 1999. She has her B.S. in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin–LaCrosse and is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).  Debbie co-facilitates the Kenosha County Survivors of Suicide Loss Support group and is an active member of the Kenosha County Mental Health Coalition. She also co-chairs the Kenosha County Opioid Task Force. She has helped conduct a gap in service analysis, and developed and maintains several community resources. She had presented at several conferences, is a member of the Prevent Suicide Wisconsin conference planning committee and initiated the medication drop box program in Kenosha. She serves as the project coordinator of the Kenosha County Opioid Reduction Project.   Debbie was the recipient of the inaugural individual HOPES award in 2017.
